StrataCare advised that Chair is in contact with the builder and owner for Unit 401 and made clear what is needed to provide approval to proceed with works again.

Chair met with owner and builder and agreed on the six matters for resolution in the stop work notice and the owner response is that he has or will comply with each item.

6 December -Hi All,

It has been brought to my attention that the balcony tiles in #401 are a black/grey colour, which I would think change the look of the exterior of the building.
You may be aware of this from their application and have already approved it.

1503 balcony leak – Tony from Amalgamated will inspect on Tuesday 21/9.

Feb 2022 Follow up by R2 Mgt.
This has been ongoing for quite a period and requires repairs.
