Theatre Wastewater Pipe

Hi All. I thought I would raise this problem before I forget. When we had the water leak in the theatre room from the masticator pump, I went down with Mark and had a walk around the perimeter.
What we discovered ids that the wastewater from the aircon system runs directly onto the floor ( no waste to drain) beside 1802 car park and fills the 1802 and my carpark 2002 with water when in use.

From my records you were refunded for the overpayment of the insurance when the term was reduced to October as per credit invoice attached.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

Can you please also confirm where the cladding rectification work is up to so I can work on insurance offers for 2023/24.
