Pool Gate – Shatter

Email 10 December –

Unfortunately in the strong winds on Thursday night the pool/gym gate shattered.
We have cleaned up the glass and boarded up the gate.
We have arranged with GC Window repairs to replace the gate with an aluminium gate, similar to the one at the pool entrance.

Building Insurance

Premium adjustment to short term renewal to Nov 2022 –

From my records you were refunded for the overpayment of the insurance when the term was reduced to October as per credit invoice attached.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

Can you please also confirm where the cladding rectification work is up to so I can work on insurance offers for 2023/24.
