Of course, please see attached documents we have on file. The frustrating part with caretaking and letting agreements are that they are a chain of documents. Accordingly, your starting point is your caretaking agreement, then your deed of variation only looks to vary some of the terms of the agreements (it does not replace it) and then your deed of assignment is documenting the transfer of the agreement from one entity to another.

I think we seek legal advice. I have a friend who has recently purchased Management Rights in Currumbin they are going for an extension on the Manager’s Agreement. The Chairman and his wife who are both on the Committee are Lawyers and are fighting this.

401 Front Door Peep Hole

I have been informed that 401 has a peephole in the fire door. This needs to be checked out to see if any action is required.
