Of course, please see attached documents we have on file. The frustrating part with caretaking and letting agreements are that they are a chain of documents. Accordingly, your starting point is your caretaking agreement, then your deed of variation only looks to vary some of the terms of the agreements (it does not replace it) and then your deed of assignment is documenting the transfer of the agreement from one entity to another.

We will also have an email over to you hopefully this afternoon with Olive Tree Consultants quote and a proposed timeframe moving forward.

Hi Elisha and Eric,
The person the committee has nominated to meet the consultant next Monday is Eric Lewis, who is a committee member with knowledge of most aspects of the building.
Eric, the person coming next Monday is the consultant from Olive Tree Consultants, that we talked about in the recent meeting with Jessica. The consultant will need to visit all parts of the building to undertake a condition report in relation to the Caretaker agreement. I’ve attached the quote document so you can see what sort of things this person will be doing.
Now, we need to organize a time for Eric to meet with the consultant on Monday as Eric needs to know if he can play golf on Monday. Eric is happy to be flexible and work around whatever is required. So, could Elisha and Eric please sort out the timing and let me know the outcome.
