Thanks Jodie. Just a couple of notes. 

The generator inspection should be part Retail as well. Ken could probably pass into Lisa to divide costs.

Also re the Gym Equipment.

Before we do anything can we have a discussion . Peter Edwards of 601 would be helpful in this case as he has owned a gym etc his advice would be good I think.
