The Committee has voted in favour and approved the request by Lot Owner 1802 to change a window configuration within their Unit, see below compliance certification documentation.
Please note this item is to be ratified at the next Committee Meeting.

Committee remembers will recall that the owner of Unit 1802 provided plans to change a window configuration within their unit.
At the December Committee meeting, I identified that the Body Corporate was still to approve the window change.
In the context of delay, the window change has been implemented and the owner now provides the compliance certification for the window change.
Committee member concerns with the structural aspect should be considered resolved with the compliance documentation.
It would be helpful if Committee members could approve the Unit 1802 window change which is consistent with plans provided and now certified.
