Please see the attached proposal from Structural Diagnostics in relation to project managing the removal of combustible cladding from the building.
As discussed with Structural Diagnostics, should the proposal be accepted the following methods can be adopted:
- Going to A/EGM to approve the construction budget based upon the Project Planning completed by Structural Diagnostics (Structural Diagnostics’ preferred method); OR
- Going to A/EGM with tenders in hand
In terms of apportionment of costs, we can ask Adam to review the BFSRA and determine the percentage of cladding between Residential and Retail. That percentage can then be used moving forward to split all invoices in relation to this project.
Our next BMG meeting was scheduled for Wednesday 22 February 2023 at 2pm, however I will be on leave. Will Wednesday 25 January 2023 at 2pm be suitable for everyone? I am mindful that Graham will also be in leave in February.
