Hi All,
Just a quick update of the glass balustrade works by Apex Facades.
Work has taken longer than expected and they are completing a very thorough job. Please disregard the previous schedule.
They have been working on the 01 drop for the last 2 days and will continue, and expect to complete this drop, tomorrow.
I will update you further tomorrow as work progresses.

Dear Lot Owners,
Please be advised that Apex Facades will be continuing the external safety inspection and repair of balcony balustrade glass panels from Monday 18th October to Friday 22nd October.
During this time, they will obtain access to the balconies via abseil, NOT through your unit.
A schedule will be forwarded through via email in the coming days, however may be subject to weather conditions.
We appreciate your patience and assistance while necessary work is undertaken.
