StrataCare advised that Chair is in contact with the builder and owner for Unit 401 and made clear what is needed to provide approval to proceed with works again.
Chair met with owner and builder and agreed on the six matters for resolution in the stop work notice and the owner response is that he has or will comply with each item.
29 Sept – R2 Management confirm that the basic tradies requirement is met and that there is history of compliance with daily building entry -items 4 & 5. QBCC document requirement satisfied.
Flooring is advised as carpeted areas will be recarpeted and tiled areas will be waterproofed and re tiled the same as they were.
Movement of materials – schedule agreed along with owner requirement to manage works – NOT R2 Mgt.
In this context the outstanding matters were resolved and owner of Unit 401 proceeded with work.
