R2 Mgt – Cleaner Issues

Hi Graham,

Thank you for your email and the information.

Following our conversation yesterday, I have requested that the cleaners follow your requests.

Please note that this period is extremely busy with guests, this also includes owners friends and family.  This also includes all outside agency guests and cleaners.

Lift wait times and foot traffic in the building is a lot higher than normal.

Limiting access points to and from the building needs to be viable for all residents, guests and workers.

Thanks for the email Re the cleaners not using the trolleys in the lifts and going through the electric gates.
Unfortunately, all that has happened Jodie is that they now drag the washing through the foyer in bags.
Talk about masking a problem.
Just tell them to stick to the rules.
